Anna Louise Kirby Morgan, age 77, of Marion, North Carolina passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at her home with her family.

Louise was born in McDowell County on April 10, 1941 to the late Garland and Pauline Lamb Finley.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.

Louise was a member of Redeemed Free Will Baptist Church for many years. She retired from Drexel Furniture Company after more than twenty years of employment. She enjoyed reading her Bible and listening to gospel music.

Louise liked sewing, crocheting, and watching her Dallas Cowboy's. More than anything she enjoyed time with her family who she deeply loved.

Left behind to cherish Louise's memories are seven children, Vanessa Stevenson (Tommy), Anita Smith, Robert Kirby, Teresa Powell (Chris), Bryan Kirby (Angie), Donald Kirby (Arla) and Kim Braswell; one sister, Wilma McKinney; thirty grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 25, 2018 at Beam Funeral Service. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Jimmy Upton officiating. Interment will follow the service at Glenwood Cemetery.
