Married to a Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Army and traveled the world, Claudia enjoyed entertaining family, friends, and many dignitaries in the military, including coordinating many formal military events. Following marriage and the military lifestyle, she successfully raised her five children (ages 2-12) without a spouse.
Besides spending time with her children and grandchildren, she enjoyed the outdoors, camping, hunting and shooting guns. Know for her amusing personality, she knew how to have fun.
Her five children: Ingrid Terasa Bakerink (Deryck); Cristin Terasa Craig (Bud); Cregg Frederick George Terasa (Rachel); Adam Alonzo Terasa (Amanda); and Brittany Terasa Yaros (Michael); nine grandchildren: McKenzie, Sierra, Orion, Jaiden, Celee, Serenity, Savannah, Cole, and Paisley; two siblings: Mary Jo and Cinda Ingram survive. Her parents, four siblings (Sherman, Colleen, Karl and Cregg) and a niece, Debbie preceded Claudia in death.
According to an obituary published in the Salt Lake Tribune, April 22, 2018, she was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Memorial services were held in a Las Vegas, Nevada LDS chapel on April 28th.
