Barbara Garrison, age 84, of Bunker Hill, IL, formerly Edwardsville died at 3:45 a.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at Integrity of Wood River. She was born June 30, 1933, in Carbondale, IL the daughter of the late Fred & Edna (Manis) Cheatham. She married Bobby L. Garrison on September 30, 1950 in Hurst, Illinois. He preceded her in death on February 12, 2010. Barbara is survived by 1 son, Steve Douglas Garrison of San Diego, CA; 3 daughters, Brenda Masi & husband Orlando of Louisville, Kentucky, Mary Knecht of Sacramento, CA, and Christine Nichols & husband Peter of Bunker Hill; 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; and 1 brother, Roger Cheatham & wife Kathy of Canton, Ohio. Barbara was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Forrest & Fred Cheatham. Barbara was a loving mother & grandmother and will be dearly missed. Visitation will be from 9 am until 11 am Monday, April 23, 2018, at Weber & Rodney Funeral Home. Services will follow at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Lake View Memorial Gardens in Fairview Heights, IL.
