Arthur Paul Duguay, 89, a World War II U.S. Navy veteran, 12-year police officer in Berlin, New Hampshire, and retired New York City Local 3 electrician, passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2018, at Morning Star Memory Care, in Fredericksburg, Texas. He was born September 22, 1928, to Amedee and Florida Duguay, in Berlin, New Hampshire. He retired in Las Vegas, and was an avid skier and golfer.He was preceded in death by his wife, of 53 years, Mary Pinto.
Service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City. Memorials in his name can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America or a charity of your choice.
