Mrs. Sharon Denise Reid Robbins, 53, of Gastonia, NC. died Thursday, May 3rd at Wake forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC.
Mrs. Robbins, born in Gaston County, NC; was the daughter of Gerlene Erwin Reid and the late William Jess Reid, Sr. She was also preceded in death by brothers, Marvin Curry and Jerry Dean "Moonie" Reid; a granddaughter, Malaysia Harper.
She is survived by her husband, Johnnie Lee Reid, Jr. of the home; three daughters, Samica reid Harper(Lemar) of Charlotte; Chandra L Reid of Belmont; and Takeia L. Reid of gastonia; her mother, Gerlene erwinReid of Gastonia; two brothers, William J. "Sun" Reid, Jr; and Ernest "Tootie" Reid both of Gastonia; 4 grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
