Nicholas Peter Woods was born March 9, 1981 in Ogden Utah, the youngest child of Edwin Pearce Woods and Kevin Ann Kenny Woods. Peter passed away unexpectedly January 2, 2015 at the young age of 33.

Being the son of a military family, Pete attended schools in Europe and across the US including Ogden High School. Every person he met was a friend due to the mischievous look in his eyes, zest for life and infectious laugh. Go Hogs!

He married Victoria Phillip; they were later divorced. Together they had a son Noah who was Pete’s constant companion and best friend. Pete lived his life for Noah.
Pete is survived by his son Noah, step-daughter Stacey, parents Ed (Heidi) Woods and Kevin Ann Woods, sister Kristin and brothers Nathan (Emily) and Neal Woods, granddad Ed (Melba) Woods, grandmother, Mary Woods-Fulcher, grandfather Patrick Kenny Jr. and more aunts, uncles, cousins and friends than could be counted.
He is preceded in death by his Grandma Dear, uncle Jimmy and cousin Joey.

Words can’t describe how much Pete will be missed.
