It is with a heavy heart that the family share the passing of Lyndall Duggan, 68, on February 5, 2012, after a brief illness at her new home in Northwood Centre in Halifax. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Florence (Murrans) Purcell. She spent her life in Halifax, Dartmouth, and for over 30 years in Prospect Village. Lyndall will be remembered for her curiosity, her many valued friendships, and her quiet caring. This quote by Maya Angelou captures Lyndall's essence: 'I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.' She is survived by her daughter, Leanne Dospital, Vancouver, B.C.; son-in-law, Dave Jagpal, and grandson, Luka; and her son, Daniel Dospital, Greenwood; daughter-in-law, Melanie Dospital, and grandsons, Devon and David. She was predeceased by her first husband, Donald Dospital; second husband, Bernard Duggan, and her brother, Carl Purcell. Lyndall will be sadly missed by all the lives she touched.
