Mr. Baldwin is survived by his wife, Phyllis Roberts Baldwin; children, Kayla Baldwin, Kasi Baldwin-Ellis and her husband, Matt, Gheea Whitaker and her husband, Nick and Stephanie Smith and her husband, Jacob; grandchildren, Mattie Keirsten Ellis, Gavin Whitaker, Ethan Whitaker, Emory Smith and Isabella Smith and siblings, Jean Holmes, Sharon Welkey, Lynn Baldwin and his wife, Linda, Sam Baldwin, Dennis Baldwin and his wife, Brenda, Rick Baldwin and his wife, Suzanne, Joe B. Baldwin, and Jamie Baldwin.
