NEGRO ACCIDENTALLY KILLED SATURDAY
HUGO, Jan. 31---Choctaw County's second highway fatality for the year was reported early Saturday when Doris Cornelius Dorn, 40-year-old Negro, a lumber company employee was killed instantly, west of Valliant on U. S. highway 70.
According to Edgar Vandergrif, state highway patrolman, Dorn was killed when he stepped from in front of a stalled car into the path of an oncoming truck driven by Lewis Witwicke, 30, of Oklahoma City.
A passing ambulance of the Rhinehart funeral home, Hugo, brought the body here, and the driver reported the accident to officers. No charges were filed, according to the highway patrol.
