She was born November 3, 1926 in Dunlow, WV, a daughter of the late Edmond and Nora Fortner Napier. Bertha was a homemaker and member of the Brush Creek United Baptist Church. Also preceding her in death were two sisters, Sadie Napier and Dolly Napier, along with four brothers, Oscar, Edgar, Ervin and Brady Napier. She is survived by her daughter, Sula Marie Lewis of Wayne, WV. Friends may call one hour prior to services at Morris Funeral Home, Wayne, WV.
