He had been a resident of Derry since 1950, formerly living in Litchfield, NH and Manchester. Mr. Foley proudly served his country in the US Army during WWII. He owned and operated Foley Masonry and later started Triangle Chemical Toilets in Derry which is now Triangle Portable Services. He was a member of the American Legion Lester Chase Post #9 in Derry.
He was predeceased by his wife Irene D. (Kent) Foley and a daughter, Sr. Elias delourdes (Joyce Foley) of the Carmelite Order in Fall River.
