She was born November 8, 1943 in Monticello, KY to Andy Keeton and Eva Bell Keeton. Mrs. Carroll was a graduate of Wayne County High School, Monticello, Kentucky. She was an insurance agent for Crawford Insurance Co. and a member of the First Church of the Nazarene, Covington, Kentucky. She loved her family and especially her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Father, Andy Keeton. She is survived by her Husband of 50 years, Wayne Carroll, Daughter, Sandy (Mark) Baumer, Mother, Eva Keeton, Sisters, Katy Worley, and Deby Coffey, Brothers, Jerry and Glenn Keeton, Grandchildren, Molly & Matthew. Visitation 10:00 am to 11:00 am, Friday, May 18, 2018 at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, 427 S. Ft. Thomas Ave., Fort Thomas, Kentucky. Service will follow at 11:00 am Friday, May 18, 2018, at the Funeral Home, with Rev. Wes Shoemaker, officiating. Burial will take place in St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas, Kentucky.
