Loretta Anna Lyons, age 97, died Wednesday, April 12, 2006 in Columbus, Ohio.

Loretta lived most of her life in the Akron area. She graduated from St. Mary's High School in 1926 and married in 1929. Before moving to Columbus in 1987, she was an active member of St. Joseph's and St. Matthew's churches. She is a member of the K of C Auxiliary, Charles Reymann Council.

Preceded in death by her husband, Leo Lyons; daughter, Leanna Marie Bean; and six brothers and sisters. Survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Leonard and Emilie Lyons of Winter Park, Fla.; Edward and Rita Lyons of Port Orchard, Wash.; daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Tom Ribich of Columbus, Ohio; Nora and Bill Antes of Union City, Tenn.; Elizabeth and Jim Hudson of Grimsby, England; son-in-law, Jerry Bean of Elk Grove, Calif.; 21 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Friends may call Monday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. at the EGAN-RYAN EAST CHAPEL, 4019 E. Livingston Ave. Columbus, OH. Mass of Christian Burial, Tuesday 9 A.M. at Christ The King Church, 2777 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus, OH. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Randolph, OH at 3 P.M., Tuesday.
