Samantha Jo Smith, 29, of Frankfort died May 15, 2018 unexpectedly in Frankfort.

Born May 8, 1989 in Frankfort to Greg and Julie (Ramsey) Smith.Sam lived in Clinton County her entire life. She attended Clinton Prairie. She was a former 4H member. Sam loved her two boys and had a soft spot in her heart for helping others.Memorial donations may be made to the Overdose Awareness Prevention in care of Goodwin Funeral Home, envelopes will be available.

Visitation and Services Visitation will be 1-4 p.m. Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday, May 21, 2018 at Green Lawn Memorial Park.

Survived by:Surviving are her Parents: Greg and Julie Smith of rural Frankfort; Grandmother: Rosie Merrill Ramsey of Frankfort; Sons: Aiden Adkins of Frankfort and Ryder Adkins of Frankfort; Sister: Keisha (Casey) Dillon of West Lafayette and Toni Giles of West Lafayette; Brother: Ramsey (Kyle Ann) Smith of West Lafayette; Nieces and Nephews: Keon, Kiara, Cailix, Addison, Ava, Harper, Jaelyn, Jace, and Camryn. Numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins also survive.

Preceded by:She was preceded in death by her grandparents: William E. Ramsey and Jim & Dorothy (Vonderahe) Smith and her Aunt Karen L. Smith.
