Jane Elizabeth Kidd, age 82, of Port Huron, passed away on May 3, 2018, in the hands of her Lord and Savior.
She was born on August 10, 1935, in Worth Township, to the late Travers and Cecil Keener.
Jane married George Henry Kidd on January 3, 1958, in Port Huron. George passed away on August 3, 2013.
She was employed by the Federal Government for 32 years until her retirement in 1987. Jane was an active member of the Hillside Wesleyan Church. She was a very loving wife and mother to her family.
Jane is survived by her daughters, Jacky (Roger) Morrish and Kathy (Robert) Weckesser and grandchildren, Roger Jr. and Alicia Morrish and Brittany and Marc Weckesser. She is also survived by her sisters, Zetta Essenburg and Madeline Avery.
Memorial services will be Saturday, May 12, 2018, at Hillside Wesleyan Church, 5114 North River Road, Clyde Township. Visitation will take place at 12:00pm followed by the memorial service at 1:00pm.
Reverend Bill Kinnan will officiate. The inurnment will take place in the Allied Veterans Cemetery Columbarium at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the Hillside Wesleyan Church.
