Doris Marianne Lawrence

Beloved wife, mother and grandma. Born in 1931 to Leonard and Lorraine Bush of San Francisco. She attended Most Holy Redeemer grade school, graduated from Saint Brigid High School in San Francisco, went on to earn a nursing degree from USF, and spent many years enjoying volunteer work for community and hospital organizations. She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years (Frank), their 7 children and 14 grandchildren. Doris will be remembered as a selfless woman with a heart of gold, passionate about excellent family values, lots of fun and laughter, always ready to drop the vacuum cleaner and head to the beach! She spent her entire life giving wonderful memories and joy to all who knew her.

A Rosary will be held Wed May 9th 6:45 pm at Crippen & Flynn’s Carlmont Chapel in Belmont, with a Funeral Mass Thurs May 10th at 10 am in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Belmont. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice in Doris’ name or St. Vincent DePaul through IHM church.
