Mildred M. Cavins CHARLESTON, Ill. Mrs. Mildred Maxon Cavins, 86, of Charleston, died at noon Monday at the Wilson-Kaley Nursing Home here. Funeral services will be at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Harper Swickard funeral home here with burial in Mound cemetery. Friends may call from 7:30 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Cavins was born May 14, 1878, in Springfield, and had resided in Coles County since 1913. She was married to E. C. Cavins, who died in September, 1963.

Mrs. Cavins, a member of the Charleston Methodist Church, was first president of the Coles County Home Bureau. She leaves four sons, Harold, Charleston; Wallace, Urbana; Donald, Paris, and Theodore, Lake Forest; a daughter, Mrs. A . A. Hughes, Homewood; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
