Bonnie Lou Cook, Thompsonville, 62, died May 3, 2018. Born in Grand Rapids, MI to Wallace Benjamin and Geraldine Ruth Cook.
Bonnie was a woman who was strong in her faith; but not afraid to raise a little hell. She loved to dance and sing. She loved playing card games, especially Nertz. Bonnie loved to garden, horseback riding, camping and bon fires. More than anything she loved her family.
Her pride and joy were her grandchildren. They remember her most by all the chocolate and pop that she could possibly get away with.
Her kindness and generosity were known by many from all different walks of life. She excepted everyone for who they were and with all their faults.
She will be missed by all of those that loved her.
Bonnie is survived by her children Jennifer Cook, (Tom King), Theresa Zylstra (John Busk), and James (Danielle) Banasiak; grandchildren Emily, Winston, Samantha, Landon, Tyler, Andrew and Lincoln. Siblings Marie Hillers, Ronda Lawrence and Lyle (Marilyn) Cook. Also, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held at 2:00PM Wednesday May 9 at Jowett Family Funeral Home, Benzonia with Jon Frank officiating. Family will receive friends and family one hour prior to the service. Burial in Thompsonville Cemetery.
