Funeral services for Elizabeth Humble Jacobs, of Sterlington, La. will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe with Pastor Matt Coker officiating.

Interment at Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens in West Monroe, LA.

Elizabeth was born on October 23, 1929 in West Monroe, LA and passed away May 12, 2018 in Sterlington, LA.

She was a member of Paron Baptist Church in Sterlington. She loved her family, entertaining, playing cards, bowling, doing ceramics, and singing.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Daisy Humble; brothers, Kent, Ralph, and John Humble.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Adrian Jacobs; daughters Janice Roberts of Diamondhead, MS and husband, Marty, Dorothy Jacobs of Diamondhead, MS, Claire Mayeux of Monroe, LA; grandson Jordan Davis; granddaughter Hilary Davis; great grandson Stephen Henry and wife, Molly; g reat-great grandchildren Kolbie and Brody; and many other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Stephen Henry, Jordan Davis, David Cabezas, Justin Waldrop, Jeff Pruitt and John Patrick Handy.
