Paul R. Fowler, 88, of Cohoes and formerly of Saratoga Springs, was the son of the late Earl and Louise (Warger) Fowler. He served in the United States Navy during the Korean War where he received two battle stars. Paul was a supervisor and meter tester for Niagara Mohawk in Albany, retiring in 1988, after 32 years of service. Previously, he worked for General Electric in Schenectady for five years. He was a past member of the Watervliet Elks Lodge #1500 and the United Commercial Travelers of America in Troy.

In addition to his second wife of 43 years; he is survived by four children; his stepdaughter as well as his eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Paul was predeceased by his first wife Vera; his daughter Lisa M. Fowler; and his siblings, Arnold, Vernon, Vincent and Lois.
