She was a daughter and only child of Gerald and Harriet (Hartman) Gould. She attended Depauville Elementary school and graduated from Clayton High School in June of 1955.

She married C. Bernard Dine on 1/13/1962 in Depauville.

She became a nurse’s aide and worked for River Hospital (formerly known as EJ Noble), Coutts adult hope in Cape Vincent, and the Thousand Island Adult Home in Alexandria Bay before retiring in 2002 to care for her father. She was also a waitress/cook for several local restaurants in the Thousand Islands area over the years.

Surviving were three children, Karen (Russell) Moseley, Sharon (Arthur) Gamble, and Stanley (Virginia) Dine; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
