"He was born in Burlington, Vt., April 15, 1939, son of the late Roger and Mildred (Langevin) Curtis. He was raised in Vermont, and graduated from Orleans High School in 1957.

Mr. Curtis served in the Army during the Vietnam War in Germany, at the rank of master sergeant.

Mr. Curtis was the owner/operator of the New England Fence Co., in Westford. He was also a local builder.

Mr. Curtis was a life member of the VFW Post #6539, and the American Legion Post #159, in Westford. He was also a member of the Westford Kiwanis Club.

He is survived by his companion, Donna Dwyer of Auburndale, Fla.; three sons and daughters-in-law, Randy and Stacey McNayr of Westford, Michael and Debbie McNayr of Dracut, and Christopher and Lelo Curtis of Groton; four daughters and two sons-in-law, Debra McNayr of Dracut, Sandra and Joseph Cantin, Cynthia and Al Bennett, and Nicole Curtis, all of Westford; six grandchildren, Randy T. McNayr Jr., Cody McNayr, Kayleigh Bennett, Rick Bennett, and Hunter Cantin, all of Westford, and Lizzie Curtis of Groton.

He is also survived by his former wife, Pauline L. Curtis of Westford. "
