Keith is survived by his wife, Pauline Armstrong, of Ogdensburg, NY; his son, Brett Armstrong, of Buffalo, NY; three step-children, Tammy Kanaly and her husband Larry, of Hammond, NY, William Longshore, of South Carolina, and Robert Longshore, of Florida; eight grandchildren, Jordan, Megan, and Zackary Kanaly, Kayla and Kyle Longshore, and Josh, Austin, and Leah Longshore. Keith is predeceased by his parents, James and Elizabeth Armstrong.
Keith was born of Mach 27, 1947, in Buffalo, NY, the son of James and Elizabeth Smith Armstrong. He attended local schools in Lancaster, NY and entered the Army in 1967. He fought in the Vietnam War, receiving the distinguished Purple Heart for his service. He married Elizabeth Seeley on November 20, 1980 in Morristown, NY.
Keith loved to fish and spending time on the boat as well as his time spent with the Marauders Motor School Club. He attended the Galilee United Methodist Church and was a member of the Moose Lodge, Ogdensburg AMVETS, VFW, and the American Legion.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Paul White, Tony Goerr, Linda Menhennet, and Cary Batten for taking exceptional care of Keith.
