Funeral service for Ruby Ann Burnett, 74, of Danville will be Monday, May 14, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will be in Center Cemetery in Lawrence County with Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Monday from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Burnett was born Wednesday, August 4, 1943 in Arkansas to Charles William Baker and Hazel Clara Blackshear Baker. She passed away Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Mount Royal Nursing Home in Birmingham. She was a member of the United Pentecostal Church in Hartselle. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orlan Burnett, a daughter, Laura Burnett and grandson, Joseph Branon.

Survivors include a son, James Burnett of Hartselle; two daughters, Martha Burnett Palmer of Danville; Barbara Burnett Lee of Moulton; a sister, Pauline Staunton of Justice, Illinois; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Nicholas Owens, Jacob Owens, Donny Brown, Joe Burnett and Tony Burnett.
