Ms. Donna Sue Hart, 54, of Columbus, passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana. She was born in Seymour on February 14, 1964 to the late Eddie and Carol (Caudill) Shultz.
Funeral services will be held at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Tuesday, May 15 at 1:30 pm. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
Family and friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Monday from 4-8 pm and on Tuesday from 12 noon until time of service.
She had been employed at Shively Brothers in Columbus. She loved to sit in the sun and relax.
She is survived by her children, Megan Hart and Morgan Hart (Joe Forbes); grandchildren, Jayden, Bentley, Brailey, Gabriel and James; brothers, Larry Shultz, Tommy Shultz and Eddie Lee Shultz, Jr.; and the father of her children, Richard Hart.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
