KENNETH "VOUGHN" HAHN
JAN. 6, 1968 - APR. 28, 2018
On January 6, 1968 the world was blessed with a baby boy named Kenneth Voughn Hahn. Through life he embraced love, conquered hardships, and touched the hearts of many. It was on April 28, 2018 the world suffered a great loss while the heavens embraced a great warrior. He is survived by his beautiful wife Tenielle, his wonderful kids; Christopher, Amanda, Cody and his wife, Randy and his wife Heidi, ReeAnn, and Jordan. Along with his kids, he opened his heart to his grandchildren, Audrey, Jane, Josh, Edwin, baby Olivia he was excited about but was not yet born, and two more that he did not get to meet. Voughn also is cherished through his brothers; Bill, Eric, Joe, Ken, Glen, Gary, and Forest and his sister Ginger.
This is a man who lived an adventurous life from going on a vision quest across the country, to settling down and falling in love a few times. He was born in southern California and raised in the Bay Area, then settled down in Merced County. In 1999, this is where he was lucky enough to score a date with the love of his life who he later married in 2000. His last moments were that of a courageous man who selflessly gave his last little bit of energy for people he had never met. His last breath was a declaration of love to his wife.
Much of Voughn's career life was spent at Kenneth Stone Family Spreading, where he quickly became a leader, and a friend amongst his coworkers as well as bosses. The Stone's became close friends, were people who respected Voughn's opinion, trusted his judgement, and loved his character. Voughn brought his family into this company and made this job his second home.
Voughn's nieces and nephews adored him, respected him, and always had a hug reserved for him. This is a man who gave his heart to those who surrounded him, he gave all his wisdom to those willing to listen, he is a man who will always be mourned. The life he lived was fruitful, was cherished, was respected, and was loved dearly. The family will honor him on Monday, May 14, 2018, visitation will be at 10am followed by the service at 11am at Yosemite Church 2230 E. Yosemite Ave. Merced, CA 95340. The burial will take place at Winton District Cemetery 7651 W Almond Ave. Winton, CA 95388.
