He was born June 20, 1960 in Jellico, Tennessee to the late Bobby and Bessie Manning Stevens. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Dee Dee Stevens.
He is survived by his wife Teresa Smiddy Stevens of Williamsburg, Ky., 1 sister; Betty Wilson (Oscar) of Williamsburg, Ky., 1 brother; Bruce Stevens (Stacy) of Williamsburg, Ky., nephew; Eric Wilson of Louisville, Ky., niece; Marina Wilhoit of Williamsburg, Ky., 3 aunts; Joyce Strunk (J.B.), Vickie Manning and Jeanette Neal all of Williamsburg, Ky., 2 uncles; Vernon Stevens (Jewel) of Williamsburg, Ky., Wendall Manning (Suzanne) of New Jersey and a host of relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Saturday May 12, 2018 at Ellison Funeral Home with Rev. Doyle Lester and Rev. Michael Higginbotham officiating. Interment will be in the Jellico Creek Cemetery.
