Ole was the son of Petter Edvard Eriksen Tetterud and Inge Gustava Ulrichsdatter Buraas.

He had six siblings: Bertina Mathilda, Emma Uliana, Henry, Marie Alinda, Clara Josephine, and Ida Pauline.

Ole married Randi Olsdatter Haltli on February 3, 1914.

They were the parents of seven children: Gilbert Rudolph, Irene Belinda, Gilma Elvina, Percy Olai, Orval Helmer, Harriet Delores, and Emma Verna.

Ole Bjerke 1885-1966

Ole George Bjerke age 81, passed away at the Good Samaritan Home in Clearbrook on November 18, 1966. Mr. Bjerke had been a patient at the home for 18 days prior to his passing.
Mr. Bjerke was born in Hatton, North Dakota on November 6, 1885 to parents Peter and Inger Bjerke. He moved north of Fosston as a young man and married Randi Haltli there on February 3, 1914. The Bjerkes came to Clearwater County in 1917 and farmed in Leon Township for many years. Mrs. Bjerke served on the township board and school board for many years. Eighteen years ago he retired and moved into Clearbrook.
Surviving are the following children: Gilbert of El Sabrabte, California; (Irene) Mrs. Carl Fellman of Richmond, California; (Gilma) Mrs. Jim Logelin of Minneapolis; Percy of Clearbrook; Orvall of Leonard; (Harriet) Mrs. Albert Masson of Clearbrook and (Verna) Mrs. Thor Tvietbaak of Minneapolis.
Three sisters and fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive. The sisters are: Mrs. Malla Munter of Fosston; Mrs. Bertine Olson of Fosston and (Clara) Mrs. Erick Holm of Clearbrook. Mr. Bjerke was preceded his death by his parents, wife, one brother and two sisters.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, November 22nd, at 2 p.m. in the First Baptist Church of Clearbrook. The Rev. Gordon Sundberg of Clearbrook will officiate and the burial will be made in the Friendship Cemetery under the direction of the Cease Funeral Home.
