Born in Florence, NY, she was a long time resident of Sandy Creek.

Daughter of George Kinney & Blanche Claflin. Wife of Ivan Crast. Mother of Patty (Reid), Kayrene (Farley), Larry, Terry, Lonnie & Kimberly Crast.

Miss Thelma Kinney, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Kinney of Lacona, and Ivan Crast son of Mr. and Mrs. Eli Crast of Sandy Creek, were married in Adams Monday, April 8, 1935, the ceremony being performed at the Methodist Episcopal parsonage there by Rev. Charles B. Wallace. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sischo witnessed the ceremony.

Mrs. Crast was graduated from Sandy Creek High School in June, 1934, and Mr. Crast was formerly a student there. He is now engaged in the trucking business in this community, where they will make their home.
