"She was born Patty Lou Taylor on December 29, 1948, in San Antonio, Texas, a daughter of George R. Taylor and Thusnelda Pfannstiel Taylor. She grew up in San Antonio, where she also attended school. She later graduated from San Jacinto College with an Associate Degree in Accounting. On April 21, 1970, she married Charles Thomas “Sonny” Billebault in San Antonio and he preceded her in death on July 28, 2008. She was the office manager for a homeowner’s association. Patty lived in San Antonio and Rockport for many years before moving to Coleman in 2009. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Coleman. Patty loved her family and doted on her grandchildren. She was an avid reader and enjoyed making fleece blankets.
"She is survived by her daughter, Windy Billebault of Brady; two granddaughters, Shelbie Couvillion and husband Kaleb of Mason and Miranda Windham and husband Cutter of Coleman; four great-grandchildren, Paisley Couvillion, Bentley Windham, Braxton Windham, and Brynlee Windham; two brothers, George R. Taylor II and wife Nancy and Glenn L. Taylor and wife Frankie all of Coleman; sister-in-law, Mary Frances Poteet and husband Bill of Arizona; many nieces and nephews.
"The family suggests memorials be made to Cook Children’s Hospital, 801 7th Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76104."
