Marvin A. Bailey, 92, of Cross Lanes, WV was born at Kellys Creek to the late Oda and Virgie Hanna Bailey. He was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Carrie McCormick Bailey; brother, Arnold Bailey; sisters, Opal Arthur, Juanita Withrow, Hazel Petry and Beatrice "Bea" McClanahan;. Marvin retired from American Viscose/Avtex Fibers. He also was a legal processor with the Kanawha County Sheriff Department. he is survived by his children, Linda Kilgore, Jerry Bailey, and Vicky Edens . Marvin loved spending time with his family. He was known for his sense of humor and loved making people laugh.
