She was the daughter of Edward and Pearl (Thurler) Korban. Delores graduated from Janesville High School in 1946. She married Lloyd Fowler Jr. on June 18, 1949 in Janesville, he died February 28, 1989. She was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church and their WAMS group, and the VFW Auxiliary.
