Deborah "Debbie" Ann Kelly, 56, of Vinton, went to be with the lord on Monday, January 16, 2017. She was born in Roanoke on July 22, 1960 to June and Charles Ritter. Debbie graduated from William Byrd High School. Debbie worked at Bell South, Couvrette, and the Glassworks. Debbie had a vibrant attitude and loved her children, family, and friends. Debbie was proud of both Frankie and Kristina and their accomplishments. Debbie was a very outgoing and happy person, who loved everyone. Debbie's cheerful spirit will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Ritter; the father of her children, Frank Kelly III; grandparents, Woodrow and Margaret Flowers, Ike Ritter, and Nora and Bob DeLong. The family will receive friends and family from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, January 19, 2017 at Lotz Funeral Home in Vinton. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, January 20, 2017 at Lotz Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Manning officiating.
