Word has reached this city this week of the death of Frank F Kutts, one of the veteran attorneys of the state and well known on this range. Mr. Kutts was taken ill in this city early this spring and as soon as he was able to travel went to his home at Rockford, Mich., where he continued to fail until his death on Friday last week. His remains were interred at Rockford on July 1.
Mr. Kutts was 71 years of age, and before coming to this section he was prominent in legal circles and had served one term as prosecuting attorney for Kent County.
