Joy Hall, age 70 of Topmost, Kentucky passed away on Friday February 5, 2016 at her residence. She was born on December 19, 1945. She was the daughter of the late Dow & Flora Isaac Hall and wife of the late Lamar Hall. She is survived by her son-Michael (Pamela) Hall; Grandchildren: Kimberly Michelle Hall, Michael Tylar Hall; Great-Grandchildren: Gage Rau, Sam Rau; A Host of Family, & Friends. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Lamar Hall, her parents, Dow & Flora Isaac Hall, brothers: Carmel Hall, Carlos 'Dee' Hall; Sister: Rabel Martin; Funeral wil take place at 11:00 am Sunday February 7, 2016 at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home in Hindman, Kentucky with visitation after 6pm, Saturday February 6, 2016 at the Funeral Home.
