Amalia Kippes, aged eighteen, a daughter of Caspar and Katharina Kippes, of Victoria, died at Victoria, October 24th. She was a high school graduate, a young woman of most charming personality and equipped to be of service. She fell a victim of influenza and was sick but a few days. The funeral took place at Victoria and the interment was made at St. Fidelis cemetery.
