Carl Elliott Duncan, age 73 of Belvidere, passed away Friday, May 4, 2018 at his residence. He was born on February 7, 1945 in Winchester to the late Samuel Wyman Duncan and Beatrice Green Duncan. Carl served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War and was a machinist for 30 years at Wilton Corporation. A member of the Maxwell Baptist Church, he enjoyed mountain trips, deer and turkey hunting, camping, cooking and hanging out at the river. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Linda Sue Collins Duncan; son, David Wayne (Julie) Duncan; daughter, Carla Duncan (Ben) Reed, all of Belvidere; sister, Dolores Duncan Huber of Huntsville, AL; grandchildren, Gracie Duncan, Anna Reed and Carter Reed; and nephew, Marc Huber of Cullman, AL. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Sunday at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Monday, May 7, 2018 in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Rev. Mike Robertson officiating.
