Anne-Marie Joan Fisher, the second child of Raymond and Gertrude Coutu, was born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island in 1942. She came to California with her family in 1947 and attended St. Raphael Grammar School. Her family moved to Hemet, California where she graduated from Hemet Union High School in 1960.

She then married and had four children: Thomas Jr., Michael, Donald and Carole. During the children upbringing, she was involved in school events, was a Den Mother for her son Cub Scout Troop, and helped organize the Fourth of July Block Parties in their neighborhood in Alhambra, California.

She later attended Rio Hondo Community College where she earned a degree as a Licensed Psychiatric Technician. She worked for many years in this role at Lanterman State Hospital. She had to retire due to her failing health.

After many battles with Kidney Failure and COPD, her oldest son who lives in Boulder City, Nevada, was very much involved in her healthcare and found a facility in Las Vegas to where he moved her when she was able to be discharged from a rehabilitation center in Hemet. Unfortunately, her body was unable to fight any more battles and it gave out on Monday April 16, 2018 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

She was loved by many and will be missed dearly.
