Barbara Ingle, 68, of Marshall, passed away at her home on Wednesday, May 2, 2018.

A native and lifelong resident of Madison County, she was the daughter of the late Boney and Lura Gosnell. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, James Ingle; brothers: Roy Gosnell, Frank Gosnell, Arthur Gosnell and Junior Gosnell; and sister, Effie Chandler.

Barbara loved her church and her church family. She was a loving and caring Christian woman who loved all of her family more than life itself.

She is survived by daughters and very special son in-laws, Lynn Chandler and husband, Andy Chandler, Alisha Ballard and husband, Lattie Ballard; grandchildren: Tyler Ingle, Chris Chandler, Delana Chandler, Chelsea Grooms, Destiny Chandler, Kacie Ballard and Asher Cooper; sisters, Ester Mae Chandler and Mary Jo Cody; special nieces, Doreen Price and Gail Gosnell; as well as, several other nieces and nephews that she loved and adored.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Madison Funeral Services with Pastors Kellen Griffin and Austin Griffin officiating. Interment will follow in the Gosnell Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
