Larry was given his beautiful life on December 25, 1950 and he so graciously gave it back on May 2, 2018. He was such a lucky Man to have served his country for 27 years being in the United States Navy where he held his title as Master Chief proudly! Later to retire from the North Carolina DMV as a Driver License Examiner after 10 years and lastly, moved to Natchez, MS to settle into retirement.

Larry is preceded in death by his loving parents James and Doris Carroll.

He is survived by; his loving wife Louise Freeman Carroll of 18 beautiful years, his children; Dianna, Linda, Christina, Jennifer Keel and husband Tracy and special in my heart Steven Jacob Johnson, his precious grandchildren and great grandchildren, his brothers Pat Carroll and Steve Carroll, his sisters Nanette Edington and Neese Bridgeford; uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins as well as his cherished fur babies Sasha, Abby, Peaches and Daisy. Please don't be sad for me for I leave behind a legacy of beautiful memories and a well lived life.

I will be carried to my eternal rest by Tyler Harris, Julius Knotts and Jeno Walker.

"You were the love of my life so GO REST HIGH ON THAT MOUNTAIN MY LOVE, I will always be with you, your loving wife, Louise"
