She was born on August 14, 1941 in Branson, MO, the daughter of Bert Lewallen and Edna Kuyper Lewallen. She was a former restaurant manager and had been a longtime resident of the area.
She is survived by her son, Steven Sparks, four siblings: Larry Lewallen, Billy Lewallen, Rodney Lewallen, Loyd Lewallen and one grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charles Sparks and two siblings: Norma Collins and Richard Lewallen.
