Nell Jeffcoat Zeigler Fanning, 94, of Orangeburg, SC, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2018. Nell was a daughter of the late Wylie J. Jeffcoat and Augustus "Gussie" Kirkland Jeffcoat. She was married to the late Charlie M. Fanning, and her first husband, the late Thomas Asbury Zeigler, Jr. She was a retired bank teller with First Union Bank and was a former member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her daughter: Claudia Zeigler Warley (Sinkler); sons: Thomas Patrick "Pat" Zeigler (Becky), Randall "Randy" Kirkland Zeigler (Sylvia) and Steven "Steve" Johnson Zeigler (June); 7 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 3 - 5 PM on Friday, May 4, 2018 at Dukes Harley Funeral Home. A private graveside service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to a charity of your choice. Dukes Harley Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
