Cody Alden Moore, 19, passed away August 20, 2015. He was a native of Bristol VA, had a love for computers and electronics, a motorcycle enthusiast, and was of the Baptist Faith.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Donnie A. Moore.
Survivors include his father, Donnie Lee Moore of Clintwood, VA; mother, Emily Zazack of Bristol, VA; grandmother, Nora Large Moore of Clintwood, VA; one brother, Travis Moore of Clintwood, VA; one sister, Courtney Moore of Elkhorn City, KY; aunt and uncle, Teresa and Randy Perrigan of Clintwood, VA; nephew Brayden Moore; niece Alyse Bartley.
Funeral services for Cody Alden Moore will be conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday, August 22, 2015 from the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with Keith Dotson officiating. Burial will follow in the Phipps Memorial Cemetery Clintwood. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Visitation will be held beginning at 1:00 PM Saturday, August 22, 2015 until time of service. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family.
