Born on June 10, 1905 in Graham, N C, she was the daughter of the late Henry Monroe and Martha Ellen Capps Holt.

She was the wife of the late Charles E Turner, Sr.

Friends may call at the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home in Leonardtown on Saturday, May 24, from 9 to 11 a.m Funeral services will follow at 11 a m in the funeral home chapel Interment will follow in St. Mary's Church Cemetery in Newport, Maryland.
