She was born on September 2, 1964 in Danville, the daughter of James Lee and Martha Louise Burch.
In January of 2012 she met her fiancé Marvin Thornsbourgh and he stuck by her side to the very end.
Cindy is survived by her mother; fiancé; son, James Marvin; brother, Rick Burch; sisters, Gloria Nixon, Linda Burch and Brenda Turpin.
She is preceded in death by her father; nephews, James Crozier, Christopher Turpin and great-nephew Austin.
Cindy was a very outgoing woman. She enjoyed dancing to her favorite music, shopping and loved being around her family and pets.
