He graduated from Fife High School in Fife, Washington and retired from his career as a Director at Clark County Weed/Vegetation Management in Vancouver, Washington.
His hobbiies included fishing, spending time in his wood shop, spending time with family and working the land. He was the Inventor of the JK Injection Tool.
Phil is survived by his wife Linda, his brother Weldon, three sons: Dwayne, Brian, Kevin; two daughters: Kelsea Lau and Dezi Dahlgren, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Phil's parents passed away when he was a teenager. His only sister passed away in 2015.
The memorial was on Saturday, may 12th, 2018 at the Liberty Bible Church of the Nazarene locaed at 12401 NE Salmon Creek Ave., in Vancouver, Washington. Interment was at the New Tacoma Cemetery, 9212 Chamber Creek Road West in University Place, Washington.
