YAKIMA - God gave the world Stephanie Louise Noel, 34 of Yakima, born at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital, January 21, 1975. He returned her to heaven, Monday, February 2, 2009.
Stephanie, the daughter of Paul E. and Karen K. (Ball) Noel, entered this world against all odds. She struggled with mental illness most of her life. The people who were blessed with knowing Stephanie knew how kind and loving she was and she will be so very missed.
Her son, Kenneth Noel was truly cherished by her. She loved him more than life itself. Stephanie was the best mother any little boy could ever have.
She is survived by her 6 year old son, Kenneth Frank Noel of Yakima, mother, Karen (Tony) Rizzo, father, Paul (Gwen) Noel, a brother, Kenneth (Alice) Noel, two sisters, Tammy (Mark) Chance and Kimberly (Allen) McWain; also a niece and nephews, Cortney McWain, Jeremy Turner, Benjamin McWain and Mark Chance, Jr. …
