Carolyn D. Person Blair, 80, of Harrisburg, entered into eternal life on Friday, April 20, 2018 surrounded by her family in the peace and love of her home.
She was born in Greensboro, NC, daughter of the late Joseph H. and Rose (Harper) Person, a graduate of the former William Penn Senior High School, retired from the Commonwealth of PA with over 36 years of service.
She was a member of the Church of God and Saints of Christ and was well versed in the Word of God.
Carolyn loved her family of which she was the matriarch of four generations. She was filled with infinite wisdom and always had a word of advice to share with her loved ones.
She was the widow of Ellis C. Blair, Jr. and leaves to cherish their memories of her, her children, Alonzo D. Blair, Sr. (companion, Peggy Fry), Katina M. Blair-Davis (Robert) and Kevin D. Blair (Vernell), all of Harrisburg; her nine grandchildren, nine great- grands and a host of other relatives and friends.
In honor of Carolyn's request, there will be no services. Arrangements entrusted to the Ministry of Comfort of Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton.
