COOK , Dana June (Gentner), age 49, of Franklin, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at Kensington Place. She was born December 2, 1963 in Xenia, Ohio. Dana was a member of an on-line Recipe Club and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a member of the Nazarene Church. Preceding her in death were her partner, John Doke on August 13, 2013; and her paternal aunt, Barbara Osman. She is survived by three children, George William Lacy, partner Aaron, Jessica Nicole Lacy, partner, Clinton and Clayton Harold Lacy, partner Tiffany; six grandchildren, Jaqwuan McGee, Lazariah McGee, Laniyiah McGee, Brittany Lacy, Colton Lacy, and Clayton Lacy, Jr.; her father, Harold J. Gentner; her mother, Wilma Jean (Rockhold) (Gentner) Parker; sister, Kimberley L. Conn, partner Tim Beam; brother, Justin R. Parker; left to mourn her loss, George Lacy, Rita Sparks; five nephews, Joshua Conn, Shane Hall, partner Talia, Ben Conn, James Parker, and Cody Parker; her maternal aunt, Marlena Davis, husband John; maternal uncle, Donald C. Rockhold; and many cousins.
