A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 2, at New Bethel United Methodist Church in Sedalia. Inurnment will follow at the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to New Bethel United Methodist Church in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel in Sedalia.
She is survived by three brothers, Don Farris (Lou) of Columbia, William E. Farris of Orange, CA, and Charles C. Farris (Nora) of Blue Springs; two granddaughters, Kellie Campbell and Traci Richardson; five great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband Bill, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Daunita Cordes and a brother, James G. Farris.
